Another Vegemite Recipe…

My colleague Georgie Bridge loved the recipe for Vegemite (although she’s never added a digital camera). Instead she suggested the following:

Spread ripe avocado across the top of your melted cheese Vegemite bagel - crisp bacon is optional.

Georgie said the sensation is great in the mouth! I’m getting hungry….
